Shipping information
At Elcé Cosmetics we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
- Delivery time: Orders are delivered within 1 to 5 working days within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Shipping partner: We ship all packages with DHL, so you receive your order quickly and reliably.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are shown at checkout. For promotions or from a certain order amount, free shipping may apply (if stated).
- Track & Trace: As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link to track your package.
Return Policy
Not happy with your order? No problem – you can return it within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days.
Conditions for returns:
- You must report your return within 14 days of receipt via info@elce.nl.
- After registration you have another 14 days to return the product.
- Products must be returned unused, undamaged and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging.
- Please note: for hygienic reasons, opened or used sun cosmetic products cannot be returned.
- The costs for return shipping are at your own expense and will be deducted from the purchase amount that is refunded.
Refund
Once we have received and checked the return shipment in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method you used to pay.
