2. Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the webshop of Elcé Cosmetics, accessible via www.elce.nl, by customers within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.
3. Offer and products Elcé Cosmetics sells sun cosmetics and related care products. We do our best to display all product information, images and prices as completely and accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind us.
4. Ordering and payment Orders can be placed via our webshop. Payment is made securely via Stripe, which supports iDEAL, credit card and other payment methods. Once payment is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
5. Delivery We ship our products with DHL. Delivery time is usually 1-5 working days, depending on the destination within the Benelux. Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding this does not entitle you to compensation.
6. Right of withdrawal (return) Customers have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, the customer has another 14 days to return the product. The condition is that the product is returned unused, undamaged and - if possible - in its original packaging. The costs for return shipping are for the customer's account. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method. Please note: for hygienic reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
7. Complaints and warranty If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt via info@elce.nl. The legal warranty applies to our products. This means that the product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
8. Liability Elcé Cosmetics is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the delivered products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Privacy and cookies We value your privacy. Personal data is only used for processing orders and our own marketing purposes (such as newsletters, offers, etc.), provided that the customer gives permission for this. We never share or sell customer data to third parties. Cookies are used on our website to improve ease of use. On the first visit, we inform the customer about this, with the option to adjust preferences. See our privacy policy for more information.
10. Applicable law These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
